Additional fees include monthly electric utilities as charged by a third-party meter company, WIFI as charged by a third party, and furniture rental ranging from $75 to $200 per month depending on the furnishings. Third-party furniture rental or purchases are charged as per the third party. Storage units range from $125 to $200 per month based on size, and bike storage is $20 per month. There is a $75 per month per person amenity fee. Private events in amenity areas cost $250 to $1,000 per hour per space. A refundable pet fee of $250 per pet is required. Key replacement costs $50 per key for lost or damaged keys. A late fee of $50.00 or 5% of rent, whichever is less, applies. Lockout fees range from $40 to $80 based on the time of day. A check bounce incurs a $50 fee. The pet wash machine costs $10 per 15 minutes. Laundry in the cellar is $3 per wash cycle and $2.75 per dry cycle. Legal fees are applied as permitted by law and the lease. Credit card transactions currently incur a 3.5% fee per transaction by the third party, subject to change without notice. Any damages caused by the tenant or tenant’s guest beyond normal wear and tear are billed accordingly.Additional fees may apply, such as but not limited to amenities, pet fees, application fees etc.
